If you’ve ever Googled “how to last longer in bed,” you’ve probably come across the same advice over and over again.
“Just relax.”
“Slow down.”
“Think about statistics.”
Really? Because if you’re with a beautiful woman, the last thing you want is to be wondering about the average for the guy batting cleanup for the Yankees! Besides…that’s not exactly helping her enjoy herself either.
The problem with most advice is that it focuses on what you should do, not how to actually do it. If you could simply “relax,” you would. If you could magically slow everything down, you wouldn’t be reading this article.
The good news is that lasting longer isn’t about forcing yourself to do something your body doesn’t want to do. It’s about understanding how arousal works and learning a few skills that completely change the experience.
Let’s get into it.
1. Get Out of Your Head and Back Into Your Body
After working with thousands of men over the years, I’ve noticed something: Almost every guy thinks his problem is physical. But most of the times it isn’t. Your body’s simply following the patterns it’s learned.
The real issue is that your mind is constantly running a commentary.
“Am I lasting long enough?”
“Is she enjoying this?”
“Don’t finish…don’t finish…”
Ironically, the more you monitor yourself, the less control you actually have. And I know what some of you are thinking…
“Jim, if I knew how to stop overthinking, I wouldn’t be here.”
Fair enough. That’s why I don’t just teach men to “think positive.” I teach them how to shift their attention from their head to their body. Because once you become aware of your breathing, muscle tension and level of arousal, you can actually influence it.
You can’t change what you don’t notice!
2. Great Sex Starts Long Before Penetration
Who decided penetration was the only part of sex that counts? Sex starts the moment you begin creating anticipation. The flirting. The kissing. The teasing. The way you touch her. The way you make her feel before either of you has taken a single item of clothing off.
That’s all part of sex. Penetration is just one aspect. Let’s be honest… as guys, we’re often thinking with the wrong head. Nobody hands us a manual on how to touch a woman in a way that builds anticipation and drives her wild. That’s exactly why I created my free 33 Ways to Touch Her video training.
In it, I’ll show you 33 different ways to touch your girl that create anticipation, build sexual tension, and make every touch feel more intentional. You’ll learn where to touch, how to vary your touch, how to keep her wanting more, and how to create an experience that feels playful, connected, and exciting from beginning to end.
They’re simple techniques you can start using right away, and you’ll see exactly how I demonstrate them with real women—so you’re never left wondering if you’re doing it right.
3. Stop Carrying So Much Tension
Your hips and pelvis tell a story. If you’ve spent all day sitting at a desk, driving, stressing about work, clenching your jaw and tightening your body…
…guess what comes with you into the bedroom? A lot of unnecessary tension. And the problem is, restriction in your pelvis doesn’t just make you feel tense—it can also make arousal build much faster. The tighter those muscles become, the quicker your body moves toward the point of no return.
That’s why I teach pelvic mobility and stretching as part of my MultiOrgasmic Lover (MOL) Program. When your pelvis becomes more relaxed and responsive, your body has much more room to enjoy pleasure without racing toward ejaculation.
4. Learn to Breathe Differently
Most guys don’t even realize what happens to their breathing as they get more aroused. It naturally becomes quicker and shallower, with your breath moving up into your chest. Unfortunately, that tells your nervous system to keep accelerating, making it much harder to stay in control.
Instead, start breathing deeply into your belly and imagine drawing that pleasurable sensation up through your body rather than letting it stay concentrated in your pelvis. This is something I call sexual breathing, about which I go into greater detail in the MOL Program.
Now, before you picture yourself sitting cross-legged on top of a mountain somewhere, that’s not what I’m talking about. Sexual breathing is a practical skill that helps spread pleasure throughout your body instead of letting it build in one place until it overwhelms you. Once you feel the difference, you’ll understand why it’s such an important part of the MOL Program.
5. Expand Your Arousal Window
One mistake I see a lot of men make is thinking the goal is simply to last longer. I actually think that’s aiming too low.
The real goal is to expand what I call your arousal window—the amount of time you can comfortably stay in a high state of pleasure without feeling like you’re about to cross the point of no return.
For most guys, that window is pretty small. Arousal builds quickly, and before they know it, their body’s already made the decision for them.
The good news is that this isn’t something you’re born with. It’s a skill you can develop.
Inside the MultiOrgasmic Lover Program, I teach techniques like pelvic rocking, sexual breathing and PC muscle training that work together to gradually expand that arousal window. The result is more awareness, more control, and the ability to enjoy high levels of pleasure without feeling like everything’s happening too fast.
“Okay…But How Am I Supposed to Do All That at Once?”
At this point, you might be thinking, “This all makes sense… but how am I supposed to remember my breathing, my touch, my pelvis and my mindset while I’m with a beautiful naked woman?”
It’s a fair question. And it’s exactly what I teach inside my MultiOrgasmic Lover Program.
We start with one skill, build on it, and then layer in the next, so everything begins working together naturally. Before long, you’re not thinking about your breathing, your touch, or your pelvis anymore—you’re simply present, connected, and enjoying the experience.
So if you’re tired of generic advice like “just relax” or “slow down,” I want to show you a different approach.
Inside the MultiOrgasmic Lover Program, I’ll teach you these skills step-by-step, so they become second nature—not something you have to think about in the moment.
Because when you change the way your body experiences pleasure, lasting longer stops feeling like something you have to fight for… and starts becoming the new normal.
C’mon: A month from now, you’ll wish you would have started today—because if you don’t, you’ll still be getting the same results you’ve always gotten!
